Who we are
FUGU GTM is the trading name of IGANAGI, S.L., a company registered in Spain (NIF B24815151), with its registered office at Calle Nou 3, 17466 Vilopriu, Girona, Spain. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

What we do
We provide business-to-business market intelligence. We collect and analyse publicly available information about organisations — such as public procurement notices, official registers and published news — and deliver it to our business clients to support their sales and market research.
Personal data we process
As part of that work we process limited business contact information about people in their professional role, such as employees and officers of rail operators, public authorities and other organisations:
- name, job title and employer
- business contact details where publicly available
- public professional profile information, including role changes
We do not process special category data, and we do not process data about people acting in a private capacity.
Where it comes from
We do not collect this data from you directly. It comes from publicly available sources: public procurement portals, official company and regulatory registers, official gazettes, organisation websites, published news and public professional networking profiles.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use this data to provide market intelligence to our business clients. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests and those of our clients in understanding the organisations they sell to (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We only use information relevant to a person's professional role, and we take account of your rights and interests before doing so.
Who we share it with
- Our business clients, who receive it as part of our intelligence service.
- Service providers who host and process data for us, under contract and only on our instructions.
We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
We store data in the European Union. Some of our service providers are based in the United States; where data is transferred there, it is protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, for UK data, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep business contact information only while it remains relevant to our service. We review it at least once a year and delete information that is no longer needed or no longer accurate.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to data portability where it applies.
You can object at any time to our use of your data, and we will stop. To exercise any right, contact us at gonzalo.castanera@fugugtm.com. We respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es), or to the data protection authority where you live — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
